What should I do now?1. Contact Final5 within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise which candidates you will be interviewing. Candidates can only be rejected if they do not meet the criteria set by you in the vacancy registration form.
2. It's also important that you contact your Final5 candidates by telephone within 48 hours of receiving your shortlist. Good candidates move very quickly.
3. What about reference checking? Final5 can provide you with professional reference checking including a full report on the candidate/s. Please talk with your account manager to organise. Click here to find out more.
4. What about the candidates I don't wish to employ? It is both an expectation and common courtesy that you will advise unsuccessful candidates of the outcome of your interviews.
5. Let us know how the process is going. During your interview process please let us know the outcome so that we know when to cease advertising and advise other applicants that the role has been filled.
